Returned Items must be returned in their unworn and unused condition with tags still attached. Returns do not apply to items on sale. An exception applies to items found defective upon arrival.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Although we strongly recommend double-checking sizes and addresses before placing an order with us, we understand that mistakes can happen. We process orders on the same day they are placed. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at swiskinn@gmail.com ASAP, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Once the item(s) have been shipped from our fulfillment center, we are unable to make any modifications to the order.
Eligibility for Exchange:
1) Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2) Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
3) Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Reasons for Exchange:
Defective Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product, please let us know, and we’ll arrange for an exchange.
Other Issues: If you are dissatisfied for any other reason, please contact our Customer Service team to discuss possible options.
How to Request an Exchange:
Contact our Customer Service team at swiskinn@gmailc.om with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
For defective or incorrect items, provide a description of the issue and any supporting photos if applicable.
Return Instructions:
1) Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
2) Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt in the return package.
3) Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Shipping Costs:
1) For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
2) For exchanges due to other reasons, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to process your exchange.
You will receive a confirmation email when your exchange has been processed and shipped.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Products purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers are not eligible for exchange through our website.
